Mass Meter Reading page does not show the meters that are assigned to the Asset Numbers

in Enterprise Asset Management - EBS (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered

Hi all.

We are facing the problem that Asset Numbers have meters assigned to them on the Meter Association form in the correct Inv Organization. This is not marked as "Required". But we are unable to find the same meter for the Asset Number on the Mass Meter Readings page in the self service pages. These meters are also not available for reading entry on the work order completion pages. We are facing this for all Asset Numbers.

Appreciate any ideas that can be shared.
