Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Auto Refresh in Requests form - any down side to setting the value too low?

Hi,

We have set the profile option "Concurrent: Auto-refresh View Request Timer (secs)" to 30 as per the below note.

Auto Refresh Checkbox On Requests Form Does Not Seem To Do Anything (Doc ID 2481411.1)

Is there any down side or performance degrade or any load on the server if we have set the value to refresh every 30 seconds?
