R89772003X T4A Mag Media Table Conversion (2021) not populating XML file with Box 16 or Box 18 Data

E1 9.2 - 2021 YE Updates loaded. Ran T4A Mag-media file build (R77503 which kicks off R89772003X) for 2021 for Original (not amended forms) and it's not populating the XML output file with Box 16 or Box 18 Amounts even though the Box details/amounts are in the YE Workbench file. Box 28 is populating correctly though.

CRA site provides some limited 2021 XML Schema information for the T4A (link below) that explains the XML tags you should be seeing in the XML file for each of the various T4A Box amounts:
