prerequisite DB Bundle Patch Discrepancy for the JAN CPU 2022 ojvm patch

For January CPU 2022, for Oracle Database 19c on Windows x64.

The "Oracle Critical Patch Update Advisory - January 2022" lists the database bundle patch as 33575656 and its ojvm patch is 33561310.

But IN the README document for ojvm patch 33561310, it states the prerequisite DB Bundle Patch is 33155330, rather than 33575656 as listed in the CPU Advisory.

Why is that? The link for 33155330 just returns an error, so is that wrong, or is that patch not available yet?

Which is the correct prerequisite DB Bundle Patch to use with ojvm patch 33561310?

Is it 33575656 as lisdted in the "Oracle Critical Patch Update Advisory - January 2022"?
