Sending SMS messages from OEM13c to cellphone (DBA on standby)

Hi everyone.

I am battling to understand how to configure Oracle Enterprise Manager (13.5.0.1) to send an SMS to a cellphone.

We have a preconfigured e-mail address for SMS purposes.

Each of our DBAs have there own cell numbers. How we currently do it on our legacy systems (as in Unix scripts) is that we send the text message with the relevant cellphone number to an sms email address. The cell phone service provider then alerts the cellphone of the relevant DBA on standby.

Short text + 123865341 --> sms@acme.co.za -->cell_service---> DBA@123865431
