Accepted Task window not Updating. Sent Task window not closing automatically after send

Hello,

I have a user facing this issue, where when they accept a task occasionally the window does not update, and if they press accept again, they get a "Task has already been accepted" error message, so they have to manually close it and re-open it.

Also, while sending the task out, after hitting send in the Workflow action details window, the workflow action details window closes, but the task itself stays open, which creates confusion as to whether the task was sent or not, which turn out to be the case when checking Workflow Progress.

We are using Unifier 21.12
