Organization not showing up while quick entry of Award in Award Management

We have GMS module, using "Copy To' button, creating new Award where we entered all details required.


When entering organization field, organization I was looking for is not showing up in list of values. do we need to add organization anywhere in PG module.

Please advise or provide any MOS note.
