Is ttr-no-response applicable for SIP SA during transition from OutOfService to InService

Hello everyone,

I can't find any activities to this timer set to 60sec in my logs for SIP SA. Looks like SA changes state O -> I w/o use of this timer. Maybe it can be applied to old H.323 SA as described in ACLI guide only?
