T Accounts form from Account Inquiry shows empty / blank page for 1 user

Hi guys,

We are getting upgraded to 12.2.9 from 12.1.3. The T-Accounts form from Account Inquiry shows empty / blank page for 1 specific user. Rest of all the users can see the T-Accounts page.


Can you please help us in resolving the issue. We are not user sure whats the issue is.
