12.2 EBS - Where is Oracle Download on Vertex site?

I just tried to login to myVertex to find the most recent (February 2022) qdata file to download, and it looks like their site has changed. When I click into the Downloads Payroll Tax Q Series - Oracle link, it no longer shows individual files on the New Versions tab but a bunch of DB and ISAM files and then Q Series - Oracle Archive and Q Series - Oracle Documentation folders. When I look in the Oracle Archive folder, I don't see any files for 2022 for "Payroll Tax Q Series" for January or February. Where
