RMA P400511 UDC 40/RN Special Handling Code

I'm working with the RMA application and have a couple of questions.

I have found conflicting information online.

1) There is a special handling code assigned to Last Disposition codes. Those that already exist in the table are included in the ROW exit from P400511. If you create new disposition codes how do you update the ROW exit? I looked at creating a Personal Form but the disposition codes are not viewable for some reason.

I wouldn't need the above if there was a way to override an existing disposition code. Does that exist? I'm starting with PLR as a placeholder. Once we receive the product in house, I'd like to override PLR with another placeholder that indicates the product has been returned & on it's way to QC for dispositioning.
