Transfer Order Split Lines due to Backorder with No Cost on OT

E1 9.2 - We are running R42997 standalone. When R42997 splits an ST line due to a backorder, the new OT line is being created with no unit cost. Initially, cost is coming from the Item Cost File (F4105) at the item/branch level. Is there a reported bug related to this issue? Thanks.
