No Lot number against the item

Hi,

I have facing an issue where stock is available for item but on primary location and also there is no location and lot number, it's a blank. It's old item and there is no transaction in last 4-5 years. Now while adjusting the inventory system is asking for lot number, as this one is on blank lot and location how can I do the adjustment. Please assist.
