CIFS mountpoint needed on ODA with v19.13

Dear all,

A customer with an ODA X8-2S v19.13 needs CIFS mountpoints to communicate.

Due to FIPS (enabled by default) this is not working (see Doc ID 2834067.1) and a reference to Doc ID 2581452.1, but there step 2 is not correct or at least "/boot/initramfs-$(uname -r).img" doesn't exist.

Is this supported / possible on ODA's?
