Ben Admin - Keeping a plan active upon termination
I'm a relatively new user to Ben Admin, and am trying to determine if there is a way to keep the retirement plan active upon termination. Employees often want a retirement deduction to come out of their last check/vacation payout. Is this possible? From what I'm reading, it doesn't sound like it is, but where this is a relatively simple request, I want to confirm I'm not misunderstanding!
