R12.1.3 Duplicate project template from a multi OU responsibility

Hello,

I am trying to create project templates accros Operating Units in order no to have to start from zero whenever a new OU is added into the system.

I have created a responsibility with multi OU access:

However, when trying to duplicate a project template from one of the OUs, in the list of Organizations to select from, I only have available the Organizations from the Template I am duplicating from:

I would like to have available in the list all the Organizations under the OUs I have added in the Security Profile:
