Getting Error at the time of manual match Applied Cannot Be Greater than Open

Hello,

I am trying to do voucher match, that time I am getting error Applied Cannot Be Greater than Open, when I removed SEFX 99 and then I matched it got processed successfully.

Please help me to know from where SEFX update.
