Announcement: The following 2021 Employer Reporting Under the Affordable Care Act - Phase 2 patches have been released for EBS Benefits customers and are available for download from My Oracle Support:

12.1 - Patch 33805342:R12.BEN.B

12.2 - Patch 33805342:R12.BEN.C

Prerequisites:

To apply Patch 33805342:R12.BEN.C, Release 12.2 customers should be on Release 12.2 HRMS RUP13 and Higher.

To apply Patch 33805342:R12.BEN.B, Release 12.1 customer should be on Release 12.1 HRMS RUP12 and Higher.

Delivery Details:

This patch delivers the necessary schema changes and other applicable reporting updates for submitting 2021 ACA Employer Shared Responsibility Reports electronically to the IRS. It also includes the updates required by the state of California (CA) and the District of Columbia (D.C.). It also enhances the Benefits ACA State Transmission Generation Process by adding new optional Person Selection parameter to optionally limit the state report output to just those individuals applicable to that state.
