Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. hi

one order in production stuck in shipped status due to user error , picked qty more than the shipped qty.

unable to do month end closure.

how to fix this, please help.
