Create schedule sheet via integration

Is there any way to create schedule sheet using integration in existing projects?

As we can configure the schedule sheet in project template but that will be available for new projects after configuring the schedule sheet in template.

And our requirement is to have schedule sheet for new projects as well as existing projects.

There are around 20K existing projects where we want schedule sheet.
