Requisition editing by other person

Hi,

I have a question about iProcurement if the following possible (and how tot do it):

When a user makes a requisition and is not finished with it, is it possible to let another person finish the requisition in order to send it? Is there a possibility of replacement when e.g. someone is ill.

The issue is not editing a finished requisition.
