OLAP Analytic Workspace | Invalid only on PDB post EBS Upgrade

Greetings!

We recently upgraded our EBS from 12.0.6/11GR2 to EBS 12.2.10 with Database 19c (19.9) and the PDB (EBS database) has OLAP Analytic Workspace in  INVALID status

We did an attempt to upgrade the database to 19.14 & the PDB failed to upgrade as the OLAP started throwing errors. Basically, how to resolve this issue?
