How to customize the NACHA Payment template to add new field

We have requirement to add new field in NACHA payment file to process payment.

So,

1- Is it feasible to customize NACHA template for payable?

2- How to get XML source of existing NACHA template. (ex for template IBYDE_S103_en.rtf how I can get what is the XML source as there is nothing in data definition for the same). I want to know how data is coming in eText template.

3- Step by step process to create new custom NACHA template using existing one,
