I cant seem to be able to "suppres-reinvites"

I add "suppress-reinvites" to one of my sip-interfaces. I am unable to suppress the re-invtes that ATT Flex sends at the 25 minuet mark. Is there some other place I need to administer "suppress-reinvites" other the on the option section of the sip-interface
