When I import actual dates from an Excel spreadsheet P6 calculates the dates instead of assigning?

When I worked with P6 Version 17, I was very happy to be able to Export to an excel spreadsheet and send it to Project Managers to fill with actual dates, % completes and remaining duration information. I obviously adjusted these data to Import back to P6 in the proper format, so my update process was fast and easy. These were activities with duration % complete type. Now, as I have a cost loaded schedule I use physical % Complete.

Anyway, when I export back the Actual dates, very few dates are properly updated, but most of them instead are calculated based on the driving relationship and assigned completely different of the informed date. What I have to do in terms of setting or commands for the Import process to run properly?
