AR_PREPAYMENTS_PUB.Create_Prepayment Not showing in Payment window in OM

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question

I am using EBS 12.2.10 with database 19c(19.10.0.0.0) I created a prepayment receipt in AR using seeded api AR_PREPAYMENTS_PUB.Create_Prepayment receipt successfully created but it is not appearing in payment window of sales order. Sales Order -> Actions -> Payments

I copied sample script from Doc ID 1604435.1
