Features in Primavera Unifier 20.7 Not Working?

In the below video at 1 min 55 secs an option is provided for directly linking Unifier to P6 via the Activity Sheet. We are running version 20.12.11 and despite configuring the URLs don't see any hyperlinks against the activity sheet.

Is there a step missing in the configuration that is not covered in the video or is the functionality just not available in the OCI Cloud instance?
