Can we print Comments/Annotations on Attachments?

We cannot find a way to print or even report the Comments/Annotations on a file (attachment) to a record in a Unifier Business Process. The User community needs to occasionally print the annotated document to take to a in-person meeting. We also need to generate a print out to send to the Designer/Engineer/Vendor that created the original file.
