Can't exit P4314 Voucher Match Reversals

A user went to Voucher Match Reversals and reversed the Posted Vouchers, but now they can't exit the Voucher Match Reversal screen. All the vouchers were reversed per the F0411.

What would cause this to lock up for the user? Any clues?
