need help with booting

We had a disk drive issue and requested another from Oracle. It arrived and we were going to add it to the system but in the intervening time we had a power failure. This caused a hardware failure with a DIMM. We had to open a WO with Oracle to replace the DIMM which they did. We are now at the point where the system will not boot for us. We can only access the serial mgmt port and attempt to boot from there. When we boot from disk 0, it wants to start but hangs at:

boot device: disk 0 file and args: and goes not further.
