Deploy Button Not enabled for ADM file export

Dear members,

Im using the Siebel IP16 version 16.19.0.0. We have set up this environment recently.

the observation here is,

in Application Deployment manager>> Deployment Projects>> Created new Project

check the flag : Export to file , Session Configuration fields.

create new record in Project Items and validate. Click on Enable button on top applet.

navigate to Deployment sessions view . create new record

select your project and click on validate

Now, Deploy Button is disabled [PFA] on the top applet. due to this unable to export the ADM file.

Please provide your valuable and experienced inputs to enable the Deploy button.
