Database - RAC/Scalability (MOSC)

Shutdown DB instance in Node1 & 2. When I started up both instance got this ORA-16026.

SQL>

SQL> startup nomount;

ORA-16026: parameter LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_2 contains an invalid attribute value

SQL>

Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/testdb/testdb1/trace/testdb1_ora_37997.trc:

ORA-16026: parameter LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_2 contains an invalid attribute value

Is there a way to force startup and change value of LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_2?
