Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Oracle Service - can we club the attributes of service and serviceable items

Hi Team,

We want to club the attributes of the Service Item and Serviceable items to create a single item instead of two.

We are using both IB tracking and Service contract. We have created two items for that purpose. Please find screenshots below.

Is it possible to create a single item with attributes from both the existing items and use that for IB tracking and service contract?
