E1 13 Equipment model work orders type "M" with part list F3111 associated

Hi everyone

We are running JDE 9.2 and recently detected that there are equipment work orders type "M" with part list associated in file F3111, we want to purge this but when we access the part list of the model work order from the P48201, the system shows the P3002 never shows the work order part list. 

So I want to ask, if someone knows which process is writting this model work order part list and which is the right process to purge, because by my understanding model work orders never have a part list directly associated in file F3111.
