Changing 'NAI' and 'Generic Number' with HMR

Hello, colleagues.


I got stuck while preparing HMR for changing a value of "Generic Number" field and its Nature of Address Indicator in IAM message (INVITE). My purpose is to add "+" in front of the number in "Generic number" and change its NAI from 'international' to 'unknown'. I have succeeded to crawl inside IAM and now don't know how to come inside optional parameter 192 (Generic number) AND its NAI. If you know how should further substructure look like, please tell me. What is on the next step: isup-param-rule?
