How do I execute a Unix script from an incident rule using OEM13c?

Enterprise Manager version: 13.5.0.1

Platform: AIX 7200

Oracle database: 19.14

Can someone please either point me to a Doc ID or a YouTube url clip that will guide me through the steps on how to execute/submit a unix script from an incident rule for a target database?

Also, from OEM13c is it possible to pass parameters/values to the unix script?
