How to do a Siebel product synchronization with external system.

Dear Team,

I would like to hear from the experts as how to create a process to synchronize Siebel Product with external system. There are two enterprises one with having Siebel as CRM and Product Catalogue and other enterprise with different vendor's CRM(Dynamics).

The idea here is to send the Siebel Product structure in understandable format to another enterprise along with its price. Price in Siebel is from Price List and also from the attribute based pricing. If there is any change in the structure or the prices, it should also be updated in the another enterprise.

What are the best ways to do the above ask.
