Expense Reports with Prepaid transactions, can some be approved and others not?
Hi, we are implementing PeopleSoft Expense for our client. All the transactions in My Wallet will have the expense method as Prepaid as the payment to the Credit card Supplier is out of PeopleSoft Expense. We are also implementing line level approval where each Cost center owner will approve the lines for his/her cost center.
Scenario: MGR 1 is the owner of CC 42000 and MGR 2 is owner of CC 22000. An expense report has been created with 6 expense lines, 3 for CC 42000 and 3 for CC 22000. Now when MGR 1 opens the transaction using the Approved Expense Transactions page, all expense lines have Approve check box "Checked" and grayed out. Is it configurable for such expense reports that certain expense lines can be Approved and certain are sent back? i.e. For MGR 1, 2 lines for CC 42000 are approved and 1 is not approved?
