Xstore sending duplicate orders to OMS

Good morning Oracle Support -

We have an incident from one of our customer which runs on Xstore V19.0.1 where Xstore sent duplicate orders to OMS. From the logs, we don't see any issue apart from some warnings.

OMS received the following 4 orders all at the same time, causing OMS to create 4 duplicate orders at register 08 - 1656.

Can someone please provide some inputs what could have caused this type of issue. This is happening more frequently
