JDE E1 9.2 Web-attaching a file with extra periods in the file name produces an File upload Error

Error: File upload failed. Files of this type have been restricted for upload by your administrator. Please contact your administrator.

User using FireFox 91.6, we know to change the name of the file removing the extra periods before the file extension to fix the issue; however, can we change the message to be more descriptive or change JDE to ignore the extra periods before the file extension type.
