Annual Tuition and Fee setup?

Can anyone please share best practices in annual tuition and fee setup? What have you done in your institution?

Our Student Accounts is requesting that the annual tuition and fee information be uploaded into Campus Solutions to minimize the manual effort required to update the tuition and fee term fees, associated waivers as well as updates and creation of new tuition groups each time there is a rate change.  Student Accounts must continue to manually update the new tuition and fee rate in Campus Solutions as well as manually update each waiver and tuition group.
