External URL on Text Block Control not working in Chrome

Hi Team,

We have an application where we display pdfs from a location using an URL. We have used Text block control with embedded HTML code to display the content in our design. This works in our old system 9.0. Currently we are upgrading to 9.2 TR 9.2.5.4. When we run the same in 9.2 using Chrome it renders a blank page whereas it works with IE. Any suggestions or ideas would be of great help.
