Has anyone sent hire/fire info to SAP Concur Travel System using REST Messages from HCM?

Our company is implementing SAP Concur to manage travel and, now, also pay Travel Expenses. We have Peoplesoft HCM, and JDE for financials.

It's thought that Peoplesoft should use Concur's Web API to sent HR info using Integration Broker and REST messages to keep Concur current, since Peoplesoft HCM is the HR system of record. Peoplesoft would send Hire, Rehire, Term, and employee address changes to Concur as they occur.

Anyone implemented this integration and have any stories to tell, or best best practices to share?
