Error at the time of opening Receivable transaction Form
Hi,
I setup a new Operating Unit and when I tried to open the Receivable transaction Form, I got the following error:
The complete error message is the following:
ORA-01403: no data found
--------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502.
This form is also not working for the existing operating units and also I made all those checking:
- Tried for another Operating Unit already in PROD. Same Error.
- Setup System Profile Options for the responsibility: Same Error
GL Ledger Name
GL: Data Access Set
MO: Default Operating Unit
MO: Operating Unit
MO: Security Profile
AR: Transaction Batch Source
- Tried with other responsibility
