How to fix unapplied receipt amount

Dears,

I applied three transactions to AR receipt and noticed that receipt amount is bigger than total transactions amount, so unapplied amount remain available at receipt side

what is the best practice to reconcile the unapplied value


E-Business suite R12.1.3 version
