how to create multiple user on oracle support portal

Dear Team,

Our company has registered for oracle support and I own the supper user for the portal login.

But I want to create another ONE user that my team can use to raise issues and follow up on the support portal. My supper user needs to be secured and used only by me as a supervisor.

How can I create that single user with full SR creation, update and full portal view access but not any Administrative role (user creation, update, etc not allowed)
