Login Page Hung Up using UiPath Automation

We are leveraging UiPath Orchestrator to automate transactions within various modules of EBS 12.2. The bot is running into an issue with the HTML Oracle Login page. The bot enters the user's credentials and attempts to login in, but the login page become unresponsive after clicking Log On. The bot gives up after 500 seconds. The issue keeps occurring for the same user until the user no longer has a pending requests in the queue. Once all their requests are processed and have failed, any new requests work as expected. The issue is sporadic and has not happened for multiple
