Disappearing interim entry after check has been printed?
Has anyone had the experience where an interim entry was printed via the interim workbench but there is no evidence of the interim entry in any payroll history tables after it was processed through the payroll workbench. It looks as if the entry was purposely deleted but users do not recall deleting the entry. Can't think of a reason why these entries would disappear without user intervention but maybe others have experienced something similar?
