Is there search functionality on the Allocate Compensation/Manage Cycle Transactions? page in eComp?

Other than the the "Find" function on a manager's "Direct Reports" table on the Allocate Compensation/Manage Cycle Transaction page in the eCompensation module, is there a more global search function that allows either:

1) a manager to quickly search/find any direct or indirect employee within their organization,

or,

2) an Administrator to search and find any employee within the budget/build?

We had this functionality with a former bolt-on product, and are vey much missing it.

We are on PS HCM 9.2-PUM36/8.58.13.
