What is minimum downtime required for Oracle online Patching in EBS 12.2 release level ?

As per Oracle note it says:

The cutover phase requires a short period of downtime (typically a few minutes) for transition tasks such as a restart of the application tier services.

My question:

The "few minutes" is how long ? Is it 5 mins / 10 mins or so?
